Pursuant to a judgment of divorce, the trial court ordered defendant to pay the attorney fees of appellant, plaintiff's attorney. When defendant subsequently failed to pay the attorney fees, appellant sought a motion in the trial court to enter judgment against defendant for the amount of the attorney fees plus statutory interest.
