The defendants Barry R. McGoff and David W. Haddad were convicted in a jury-waived trial of possession with intent to deliver cocaine and of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver cocaine. Each was sentenced to the Adult Correctional Institutions for twenty years, twelve years suspended; placed on probation for twelve years and fined $20,000.
