This appeal is from an amended judgment entered following denial of appellant Milwaukee Mutual Insurance Company's post-trial motion for amended findings or for a new trial. Respondent Dennis David Cooney had commenced this action against Milwaukee Mutual and its agent, respondent Bowler Agency, Inc., alternately seeking declaratory relief or damages.
