Appellants Kirk Leonard and Richard Harrison, Jr. were jointly indicted, tried and convicted of reckless homicide due to the death of Jerrilynn Myra Blount following an automobile collision. In addition, Leonard was convicted of driving under the influence and driving under suspension. Although charged with DUI, Harrison was found not guilty.
