Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words, "the award as modified by the Affirmation of the Arbitrator dated July 6, 1984 is confirmed", and substituting therefor the words "the award of the arbitrator dated June 23, 1983, is confirmed." As so modified, the judgment is affirmed, with costs to Allstate Insurance Company.
