FERNANDEZ, Judge.

Following a two-day jury trial, appellant was found guilty of armed robbery and kidnapping, class 2 felonies, and assault, a class 1 misdemeanor. Appellant was sentenced to concurrent, aggravated prison terms of ten years each on the armed robbery and kidnapping convictions and to a concurrent term of time served (163 days in the Pima County Jail) on the assault conviction.
