Cullas M. and Sesselja H. Hicks (collectively, "Hicks") appeal from the trial court's judgment in favor of appellees, Eric Lynn and Jan A. Loveless (collectively, "Loveless"), defendants below. Hicks, two of the original five plaintiffs in the trial court, brought suit seeking injunctive relief against Loveless alleging that Loveless was violating the deed restrictions applicable to the residential subdivision in which all the parties reside.
