On December 31, 1981, plaintiff, Cecelia L. Temborius, filed this lawsuit against all the defendants herein alleging, after amendment of her complaint, breach of contract, misrepresentation, violation of the Consumer Protection Act,1 conspiracy, negligence, and breach of a bailee's duties.
