Cletus McWilliams, Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Tennessee, by two attorneys licensed to practice in Tennessee. The filed claims for fees with the Executive Secretary for services rendered by them to six indigent defendants in local courts located in Anderson County, Tennessee.
