This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed originally in this court on August 2, 1985, by Donald Eugene White, the petitioner, in which he challenges sentences imposed for criminal convictions in the Circuit Court of Rockingham County on September 12, 1980, and criminal convictions in the Circuit Court of Augusta County on October 20, 1980.

Petitioner did not appeal the convictions, nor has he previously filed any petition for habeas...
