Appellant obtained default judgment against respondents in a Florida circuit court for the amount of $27,023.96. Appellant docketed the judgment in the St. Louis County District Court, Minnesota. Respondents moved the district court to vacate the judgment, arguing that the Florida court lacked personal jurisdiction to hear the matter.
