This is the second appearance of this death penalty case. Appellant, Eli Beck, was convicted in Bleckley County of malice murder, armed robbery and burglary and sentenced to death. On appeal, this court affirmed the convictions but reversed the death sentence. Beck v. State, 254 Ga. 51 (326 S.E.2d 465) (1985).
