J.L.B. Equities, Inc. ("JLB"), a creditor of the bankrupt Pisces Leasing Corp. ("Pisces"), appeals from an order of the bankruptcy court approving a settlement authorizing the bankruptcy trustee to sell 87 vehicles to appellee, Barco Auto Leasing Corp. ("Barco"), for, among other things, a discharge of Barco's alleged secured claim. Barco now moves to dismiss the appeal as moot because JLB failed to obtain...
