Respondent Gamble Skogmo, Inc. (Gamble) brought a declaratory judgment action against appellant Aetna Casualty and Surety Company (Aetna) seeking a declaration that Aetna was obligated to defend it in a personal injury action. The trial court concluded Aetna had a duty to defend Gamble and awarded Gamble its costs and attorney fees in the underlying action ($37,742.26). Aetna appeals....
