HUSPENI, Judge.

Appellant Teresa Nordstrum was convicted of fifth degree assault in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.224 (1984) and of contributing to the neglect of a child in violation of Minn.Stat. § 260.315 (1984). The trial court sentenced Nordstrum, only on the latter offense, to sixty days in jail and a fine of $300.00 (plus $30.00 in a surcharge and $4.00 in costs).
