This is a Deceptive Trade Practice-Consumer Protection Act1 case involving the sale of a 1982 GMC Diesel Pickup. The case was submitted to a jury who answered the issues in favor of plaintiff/appellee James P. Bowers. Defendant/appellant Powell-Buick-Pontiac-GMC, Inc. seeks reversal alleging twenty-one points of error. We reverse and remand.
