This is a suit by James Maurice Frazier, Sr. and the James Maurice Frazier, Sr. Inter Vivos Trust to annul five donations inter vivos of immovable property executed by Frazier, two to his grandchildren and three to his sons, on the basis that the acts were not passed before a notary public and two witnesses as required by LSA-C.C.
