Jack A. Bennett, Jr., was charged by bill of information with three counts of vehicular homicide, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:32.1. He filed a motion to suppress the results of the blood tests, which revealed he was legally intoxicated when his blood alcohol concentration was measured at the hospital some time after the accident.
