The question raised by the appellant is whether the court erred in finding that her dismissal as a teacher did not violate the Teacher Fair Dismissal Act, codified as Ark.Stat.Ann. §§ 80-1266 through 80-1266.11 (Supp.1985). In particular the appellant argues the trial judge erred in failing to find the appellant's nonrenewal was arbitrary, capricious or discriminatory.
