Appellant Morris Warren was convicted of kidnapping while armed, D.C.Code §§ 22-2101, -3202 (1981), two counts of kidnapping, id. § 22-2101, two counts of rape, id. § 22-2801, and assault with intent to commit sodomy, id. §§ 22-503, -3502.
