This is an occupational lung disease case. At the conclusion of a hearing, a deputy commissioner of the Industrial Commission found and concluded that Ralph J. Hendrix, the claimant-plaintiff, suffered from byssinosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was permanently partially disabled as a result.
