Defendant appeals from a Wayne County Circuit Court decision granting plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment of foreclosure on a land contract. The land contract was executed on May 18, 1970, by plaintiffs as vendors and Mary Ann Gorecki as the vendee. The following day the contract was assigned by Gorecki to defendant, with the approval of the Lenarts (defendant maintains that she was an undisclosed principal and Gorecki was her agent).
