Appellees, Terri-Lynn Coleman and Salvatore Iacopelli, were appointed under Administrative Rules 12 and 13 by the presiding judge of the superior court, fourth judicial district, to serve as attorneys or guardians ad litem in four cases.1 They agreed to the appointments.
