Arthur Scurry, Jr. appeals his conviction and sentence for sexual battery with slight force. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Appellant argues in his first point on appeal that the trial court erred in failing to sustain defense objections to the state's impeachment of its own witness with a prior inconsistent statement.
