SAVOIE, Judge.

Defendant-relator, Gregory Boulmay, appeals the trial court's denial of his release from the Feliciana Forensic Facility at Jackson, Louisiana.

In September, 1977, defendant-relator was arrested and charged with armed robbery and two counts of attempted murder. On August 1, 1980, after being found not guilty by reason of insanity of the crimes charged, he was incarcerated at the Feliciana Forensic Facility. Defendant-relator has remained incarcerated...
