Defendant, Michael Herman Tietjens, pled guilty to armed robbery, a class 2 dangerous felony, as part of a "package-deal" plea agreement in which the court's acceptance of defendant's plea agreement was contingent upon the court's acceptance of a co-defendant's plea agreement.
