The Superior Court for Snohomish County entered orders prohibiting the disclosure of information contained in the records of Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County, thereby raising issues with respect to the breadth of this State's public disclosure act, RCW 42.17. The orders were entered in two cases which are consolidated here on appeal.
