This is the second appearance of this case in this court. In Southerland v. Bradshaw, 252 Ga. 294 (313 S.E.2d 92) (1984), we reversed the grant of summary judgment to Bradshaw, and remanded the case to the trial court to determine whether the amount of Bradshaw's tender was sufficient under OCGA § 48-4-42 to redeem property Southerland purchased at a tax sale.
