Joseph D. Corcoran1 (petitioner), appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision dismissing his claim for disability benefits as untimely filed. Pepperidge Farms, Inc. (employer), has also petitioned for review of the Board's decision, and the two appeals have been consolidated for our review.
