The appellant was charged with incest, in that he had sexual intercourse with his daughter, then 19 years old. The appellant's defense, voluntary intoxication, was submitted to the jury in AMCI 4005.1. The jury found the defendant guilty and imposed a five-year prison sentence. The case was transferred to us as presenting an issue of statutory construction. Rule 29(1)(c). The five points for reversal relate to the voir dire of the jury...
