This is an appeal from an order which granted appellee's motion to enforce settlement. We reverse.

Sometime in September 1984, appellant, who had an action pending against appellee, since 1983, told his lawyer that if he could settle the case within ten days, he should do so. He gave his attorney no specific figure that he would accept; but the record reflects that it was to be sufficient
