Defendant-Appellant Jeffrey Yarbrough was found guilty by a jury in the Daviess Circuit Court of the crime of criminal recklessness resulting in serious bodily injury, a class D felony. He was also found to be an habitual criminal. The trial court subsequently sentenced him to a term of two (2) years on the criminal recklessness conviction, enhanced by a period of thirty (30) years for habitual offender...
