Following a jury trial, appellants Browner, Bush, Tolbert and Washington were convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice,1 two counts of obstruction of justice,2 and two counts of kidnapping while armed.3 In the same trial, appellants Browner and Bush were convicted of armed robbery,4 first-degree burglary while armed,
