Plaintiff's, Margie Dubois', appeal from a decision of the Civil Service Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is before us for the second time. She appeals, contending that the Commission erred in upholding her termination of employment with the Department of Health and Human Resources, Belle Chasse State School.
