SHEPARD, Justice.
Petitioner was convicted of first degree murder, Ind. Code § 35-13-4-1 (Burns 1971) and sentenced to life imprisonment. In this appeal from the denial of post-conviction relief, we determine whether trial counsel's failure to produce evidence to establish that appellant's confession was involuntary constitutes ineffective assistance.
