The plaintiff, Walter Tanguay, sued the defendant, Paul Marston, to recover for injuries sustained during the course of the plaintiff's employment with North East Cartage Co., Inc. (NEC). The defendant was NEC's president and principal shareholder. The superior court granted the defendant's motion for summary judgment, and the plaintiff appealed. We reverse.
