The appellant contends it was error to submit the issue of contributory negligence to the jury. This raises the question of whether there was evidence from which a jury could find that the plaintiff did something immediately before the collision that a reasonably prudent man would not have done or failed to do something which a reasonably prudent man would have done which was a proximate cause of the collision.
