On October 4, 1983 claimant-appellant Holloway suffered an on-the-job injury to his lower back while he was working as a general laborer for employer-appellee Lo-Temp, Inc. The claim was accepted by Lo-Temp's co-appellee and insurer and he was paid temporary total disability compensation benefits. No panel of physicians was posted; however, the insurer referred claimant to Doctors Stephens, Shure, Satcher and Croft and paid their bills. These doctors...
