Appellant, known hereinafter as Mrs. J., appeals a judgment of the Juvenile Court denying her motion to set aside a voluntary surrender of the custody of appellant's minor child, M.B. We affirm as follows.

M.B. came into the custody of the Department of Health and Human Resources by virtue of a petition filed in Juvenile Court for the Parish of Jefferson on July 30, 1984. The petition alleged that M.B. had suffered injury as a result of neglect...
