Lawrence Thiele, d/b/a Thiele Cattle Company, appeals from a partial summary judgment1 dismissing his wrongful dishonor claim against Security State Bank of New Salem and its president, Antone Goetz, and from an order denying his motion to vacate the partial summary judgment. We affirm.
