This suit was brought by the United States to set aside as fraudulent a conveyance of real property owned by defendants Robert and Dona Jones. The case came to trial before the Court on January 7, 1986 with jurisdiction under 26 U.S.C. § 7402 and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1340, 1345.
