Defendant-appellant, Allan Dean, appeals his conviction by a jury of robbery, a class A felony1, and burglary, a class B felony2. He was sentenced to thirty (30) years imprisonment for burglary and to ten (10) years imprisonment for robbery. Defendant challenges the sufficiency of evidence and contends that the trial court erroneously imposed a sentence greater than that originally imposed...
