Respondent appeals as of right from a November 20, 1984, opinion and order terminating her parental rights with respect to her two daughters, Carrie J. Brown, born on May 25, 1975, and Sandra Dee Brown, born on June 10, 1978. The children's father is deceased. Of the five issues raised by respondent, we find that resolution of the first issue requires that the order terminating parental rights be reversed and that the matter be remanded to the probate...
