The facts in this case are not in dispute, having been submitted to the trial court in a stipulated "Statement of Facts." On August 15, 1978, plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident during the course of his employment with the United States Postal Service. On the date of the accident, plaintiff was the owner of an automobile insured by defendant. That automobile was not involved in the accident.
