Defendant appeals by leave granted from a decision by the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board which affirmed a decision granting plaintiff workers' compensation disability benefits for both a myocardial infarction, which was allegedly precipitated in 1978 by certain stressful conditions in plaintiff's employment, and for a 1974 back injury.
