CYNAR, J.

Defendant was found guilty after a bench trial of two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3). A third count was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. He was sentenced to prison for not less than ten nor more than fifteen years on each of the counts, the sentences to run concurrently.
