Respondent Beverly Dorn and her daughter, Wanda Lucius, were injured in an automobile collision with an uninsured driver. Lucius received the maximum uninsured motorist benefits provided under her policy with appellant, Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company (Liberty Mutual.)
