The defendant, Felix Rodriguez, Jr., age twenty-six, was charged by bill of information with armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, defendant pled guilty to first degree robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64.1.
