ABBOTT, J.:

This is a personal injury case. A directed verdict was entered in favor of the plaintiff on the issue of liability. The jury determined plaintiff's damages to be $5,978.90. Plaintiff appeals, raising four issues. We reverse.

The plaintiff complains that the trial court limited opening statements to ten minutes and disallowed the use of demonstrative evidence in presenting the opening statement.<...
