The defendant, Damon D. Lizzi, was charged with embezzlement, in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-119 (1), 53a-121 (b) and 53a-123. After trial by jury, the defendant was found guilty and sentenced to a term of one year with execution suspended after ninety days.
